The course teaches how to correctly apply the applicable regulations and the obligations of companies and construction sites in the area of waste management. Participants learn how to correctly separate and store different waste fractions. In addition, potentials for waste reduction and avoidance are shown.

In this training course, participants learn to recognise hazardous substances in products and waste and to understand the associated hazards. They will learn how to identify and correctly interpret hazard pictograms. They will also learn how to handle hazardous products and waste safely in order to protect human health and the environment.

This training is recognised as an additional module for safety officers and is organised in collaboration with the House of Training.

In this training course, participants deepen their knowledge of the safe storage and disposal of hazardous substances, taking preventive measures into account. They will learn how to link the hazards posed by products with correct storage and handling. The course is aimed at participants with basic knowledge of chemistry and/or experience in handling hazardous substances.
