Reporting office for Whistleblowers

The SDK has set up an internal “Whistleblower Protection Reporting Centre”.

Basis:

–         Law of 16 May 2023 transposing Directive (EU) 2019/1937 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 23 October 2019 on the protection of persons who report breaches of Union law  (Whistleblower Act).

–          Requirements of the Human Rights Charter, signed on 06/07/2022

The reporting centre is open to you if you are in contact with the SDK in the course of your business activities. You can submit reports by telephone (+352 621 264 423), by e-mail (thomas.hoffmann@sdk.lu) or in writing (Whistleblower Protection Reporting Centre at the SDK, Zone Industrielle Piret, L-7737 Colmar-Berg). If you would like a personal meeting, please let us know by e-mail or telephone.

The Reporting Centre will maintain the confidentiality of the identity :

  • the persons who are the subject of a report and
  • the other persons named in the report.

Identities are only disclosed to the persons responsible for receiving reports or for taking any follow-up action.
