Training content
This practical training teaches the correct and safe handling of waste and hazardous products in everyday work. It covers the basics of waste management, hazardous substance labelling, and the safe handling of hazardous products. A tour of the SDK logistics centre illustrates the training content with concrete practical examples.
Certificates and Evaluation
At the end of the training, the SDK Akademie will hand out a certificate of participation.
Training focus
After the training, participants will be able to:
- explain the context of national waste management in Luxembourg,
- apply the most important legal provisions of waste and resource management,
- implement the principles of waste and resource management in the company,
- apply measures for waste separation and waste prevention,
- collect and store dangerous (old) products professionally,
- handle hazardous substances and hazardous waste safely.
